In addition, you'll be able to choose from a variety of cup styles; packaged cases of still, mineral and sparkling water; and even a selection of  iced teas, lemonades and coffee products. We also offer a number of water cooler options to fit your needs.
Additionally, we also have Nestlé Waters North America AccuPure® Advanced Water Filtration Systems that offer two high-tech ways to provide great-tasting water. Our systems exclusively use filters manufactured by 3M Purification Inc., that have been certified by NSF International, an independent laboratory: Activated Carbon Filtration and Reverse Osmosis Filtration. AVAILABILITY
What kinds of products can I get delivered?
We offer a variety of natural water products in a wide range of packages and sizes to fit your lifestyle. In addition to spring water products, we also offer selections of sparkling water, mineral waters, iced teas, lemonades and coffee products.
What are bottle date codes?
All of our retail bottles are stamped with the production time, date and plant location codes; this allows you to see for yourself that you're buying the freshest product possible.
Is it possible to add products to my delivery?
You bet! Once you are logged in to your account, you can browse our wide selection of products available for delivery, including cases of individual-size bottles, sparkling waters, iced teas, lemonades, coffee, and more.
 
WATER COOLERS
What are my water cooler options?
We provide a range of water coolers, including multi-temperature water coolers that provide instant hot and cold water, as well as ceramic crocks that provide room temperature water and do not require access to an electrical outlet. We offer free use* of some water cooler models when you sign up for a Pure Savings Plan.
How do I clean my dispenser? How often should I clean it?
We recommend cleaning your dispenser every three to six months. Before you begin, you'll need the following items: clean rubber gloves, paper towels, a scrub brush, a scrub pad, and boiling water. To clean your dispenser, follow these steps: Unplug the electrical cord. Remove the empty bottle and baffle (if there is one). Drain any water through the spigot. Carefully fill the reservoir with boiling water and wait 3 minutes. ALWAYS BE CAREFUL NOT TO SPILL BOILING WATER ON YOURSELF! Use rubber gloves and scrub brush (never use steel wool or anything abrasive) to clean the reservoir and baffle. Place the baffle upside down in the reservoir. Drain the water through spigot. Pour more boiling water in the reservoir, then clean the spigots, body, and handles. Drain all the water through the spigots. Rinse, dry and replace the baffle and plastic top. Place a full bottle of water on top. If you have a hot water dispenser, remove the air from the tank by opening the hot spigot until the water flows freely. Plug in the unit and allow a few minutes for the water in your dispenser to heat up or cool down. IMPORTANT: Once water flows freely and air is removed, you can plug your cooler into a grounded receptacle. Cleaning the Drip Tray: The drip tray catches occasional spills and should be emptied and cleaned monthly. To do so, remove the drip tray, clean it with mild soap and water, then rinse and dry it thoroughly.
